This place is situated in a wonderful location with nice surroundings within a short walking distance to nearby restaurants.

The staff was affable - I will be returning here soon. The service at this brand-new hotel was great. My room was well-kept and absolutely perfect. The location was unbeatable and marvellous, adjacent to the outskirts of Kansas City. It also was in the Grandview area.

Quiet and nice location

We asked for a late check out the day we checked in because our flight was going to be late in the evening and was told they will give us till 2pm. On the day we were called by 12noon to move out. When we reminded them, we were given till 1pm. Our room was not cleaned or serviced after our first night even though we left the room around 10:30am in the morning. We had to always remind them to service our room. I lost the tie for my suitcase. Complained to reception, was never found.

The hotel was a superb base for enjoying a particularly good area, close enough to the outskirts of Kansas City and restaurant for dinner. Quiet and exceptionally nice location - within walking distance of everywhere we needed. The room was new-fashioned and reasonably large, equipped with a microwave, coffee/tea makers, and a fridge. The bathroom was excellent, that's important.

Friendly people working here. Well-kept rooms, nice bathrooms, very comfy beds. A great selection of great food at breakfast time.

The Hotel was very clean, staff was very friendly, and the rooms were very spacious and comfortable.

We had a really good stay during our first night here. The staff were excellent. The location is nice, situated in a pleasant area. We both truly enjoyed the food; it was great with a wide selection of options.

Room here was awesome with central heating, TV with many channels, and even a microwave. 🙌 Paid $144 for the stay, totally worth it! the location was perfect, close to everything around.

Everything is good, greatly enjoyed my time here. The rooms are well-kept and absolutely perfect. The bathroom looks nice. The location is comfortable, close enough to restaurants for dinner, the outskirts of Kansas City, and the Starlight Theatre. There is a place to order lunch within a close distance from the hotel at Captain D's.

The hotel is situated in a great location, even though the area around it is not the best, we had a good meal at El Alteno Mexican Grill nearby in the evening.

The breakfast offers healthy choices and a good variety of hot and cold options. The staff is friendly and attentive, checking in on guests' experience. Although located near KC, the hotel is clean and quiet. The proximity to the elevator does not disturb sleep.

This place's king room is great with a fridge, coffee/tea makers, and a cozy sitting area, plus the private bathroom is top-notch.

The accommodation at this place was absolutely great, with a marvelous setting near the Truman farm, on the outskirts of the city and close to restaurants, plus the service was top-notch with super-friendly staff.

The location of the hotel was great, easily accessible from the highway. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep.

The breakfast options were quite limited and not very appetizing. The Wi-Fi was extremely unreliable and often stopped working, which was frustrating.
